Welcome to A or B Tees (“AorBtees,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services (the “Service”), including purchases made through our online store.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by any policies referenced here (including our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy), each of which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell products to you.

1. Online Store Terms

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or you have consented to allow any minor dependents to use this site under your supervision.

You may not use our products or Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you must comply with all applicable laws (including copyright and consumer protection laws). You must not transmit malware, worms, viruses, or destructive code. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, to the extent permitted by law.

You understand that content you submit (excluding payment information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks and may be adapted to technical requirements. Payment information is encrypted during transfer.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.

3. Made-to-Order / Print-on-Demand Fulfillment

Important Notice: Our products are made to order and fulfilled through one or more third-party print-on-demand partners. This means:

  • Items are produced specifically after you place an order (not pre-stocked inventory).

  • Minor variations (such as print placement, alignment, or color differences due to screen/display settings and printing methods) may occur and are considered normal in print-on-demand production.

Please review product descriptions, sizing details, and our Return & Refund Policy prior to ordering.

4. Product Information & Availability

We attempt to display product images, colors, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit sales by person, household, or order

  • Limit or discontinue products at any time

  • Update product descriptions, pricing, and availability without notice (subject to applicable law)

5. Pricing, Errors, and Order Cancellation

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Occasionally, there may be errors related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel or refuse any order if information on the site is inaccurate, including after an order has been submitted. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

6. Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You agree to promptly update account details (including email address and payment details) so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.

We may limit or cancel orders that appear, in our sole judgment, to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

7. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Shipping timelines and fees are described in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or upon delivery confirmation (depending on applicable law and the carrier’s delivery standards). Carrier delivery confirmation to the address provided at checkout constitutes proof of delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

For international orders, you are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Orders refused, returned, or abandoned due to unpaid customs fees may not be eligible for refund (see Return & Refund Policy).

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our Return & Refund Policy governs returns, refunds, and exchanges and is incorporated into these Terms. Because our products are made to order, returns and refunds are limited to the circumstances described in that policy (such as damaged/defective/incorrect items, submitted within the stated claim window).

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us at support@aorbtees.com before filing a payment dispute so we can attempt to resolve concerns promptly.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, you authorize us to submit order records, customer communications, production records, tracking information, and proof of delivery to Shopify Payments, PayPal, banks, or other payment processors as needed.

10. Optional Tools and Third-Party Services

We may provide access to third-party tools or services that we do not control. We provide such tools “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or endorsements. Your use of third-party tools is at your own risk, and you should review the third party’s terms and policies.

11. Third-Party Links

Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, or practices. Your interactions with third parties are at your own risk, and you should review their policies before transacting.

12. User Submissions, Feedback, and Comments

If you submit comments, ideas, or other content, you agree we may use, edit, and distribute them without restriction, unless prohibited by law. You represent that your submissions do not violate any third-party rights (including intellectual property and privacy rights) and are not unlawful, abusive, or harmful.

We may remove content we determine to be unlawful, offensive, or in violation of these Terms.

13. Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content for unlawful purposes, to violate regulations, to infringe intellectual property, to harass or discriminate, to submit false information, to upload malware, to collect others’ personal data without permission, to spam/phish/scrape, or to interfere with the security features of the Service.

We reserve the right to terminate access for prohibited use.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all products provided through the Service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A or B Tees and our affiliates, employees, contractors, service providers, and suppliers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or replacement costs arising from your use of the Service or products.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A or B Tees and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and service providers from any claim or demand (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

19. Termination

These Terms remain effective unless terminated by you or us. We may terminate or suspend your access if we believe you have violated these Terms. Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination survive termination.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms and any policies referenced herein constitute the entire agreement between you and A or B Tees regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or communications.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, to the extent permitted by law.

22. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Mobile Terms of Service

A or B Tees

The A or B Tees mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by A or B Tees (“A or B Tees”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to A or B Tees’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of A or B Tees through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with A or B Tees. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18335740053 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other A or B Tees mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
