Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy governs the processing and delivery of orders placed with A or B Tees (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below and acknowledge our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, which begins upon confirmed delivery.


1. Shipping Destinations

We ship orders within the United States and internationally to the following destinations:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, U.S. Outlying Islands, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.

Orders cannot be shipped outside of these locations.


2. Order Processing & Fulfillment

All products are made to order and fulfilled through multiple print-on-demand (POD) partners.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
  • During peak seasons or periods of increased demand, processing may take up to 7 business days
  • Orders may be placed daily; however, production and shipping occur on business days only
  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.


3. Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using one or more of the following carriers, depending on destination and fulfillment method:

USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Shopify Shipping, and third-party fulfillment partners.

Carrier selection is automated and cannot be changed.


4. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Once an order has shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other factors outside of our control.

Shipping delays do not affect eligibility under our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, which begins upon confirmed delivery.


5. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are flat-rate and weight-based
  • Free standard shipping in the United States is available on orders totaling $50 USD or more, before taxes and discounts

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped, except where required by law or when an error occurs on our part.


6. Tracking & Proof of Delivery

Once an order ships, customers will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Carrier confirmation of delivery to the address provided at checkout constitutes proof of delivery and marks the start of the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee period.


7. Customs, Duties, and International Fees

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.

Orders that are refused, returned, delayed, or abandoned due to unpaid customs duties or import fees are not eligible for refunds or replacements under the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.


8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

  • For delayed or lost packages, customers must first contact the carrier to initiate an investigation
  • If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, A or B Tees is not responsible for loss or theft
  • Refunds or replacements may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed

Carrier confirmation of delivery constitutes fulfillment of our delivery obligation.


9. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

  • Orders are shipped only to the address provided at checkout
  • Address changes cannot be made after an order has shipped
  • Orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses are not eligible for refunds or replacements

Returned shipments due to address errors may not qualify for reshipment or refund.


10. Shipping Limitations

We ship exclusively to the destinations listed in Section 1. No additional shipping restrictions currently apply.
